Details of the Adult Sprint race, to commence at 7am, are below. Detailed start times and wave allocations will be posted nearer the day and e-mailed to all competitors.
The swim will take place in the 22m Indoor pool. The adult race is a 440m swim (20 lengths). Competitors will be allocated waves appropriate to their declared anticipated swim times. There will be four lanes in operation each with four swimmers. Swimmers will be identified with coloured swim hats (provided) and set off at 10 second intervals. Each lane will have it’s own lane counter and you will be signalled when you have 2 lengths to go. It is the responsibility of each competitor however to also count their laps!
The 30km cycle will once again take to the quiet, undulating country roads that surround the school and pass through some of the pretty surrounding villages such as Stockbridge and The Clatfords. At time of writing, there are no anticipated road closures or re-surfacing work Click here for a map of the adult bike course.
The 8.3km run route will leave the confines of the school grounds and takes full advantage of the stunning local scenery and quiet roads of the local villages. A water station is available out on course. The finish line is back at Farleigh School. Click here for a map of the adult run course.
Tristars & Youth Race
The Tristars & Youth races take place entirely within the school grounds and are traffic-free, creating a safe and supportive environment for the competitors and spectators alike. Click HERE for race map.
